Procedure
In this non-invasive procedure, patients are given a topical cream or a local anesthesia before the filling. The anesthetic procedure may take 15 minutes and it numbs the nose. Then using a sterile syringe with hypodermic needle, the prepackaged fillers are injected at the precise nose locations. The fillers are injected as deep as the subcutaneous tissues. This procedure may take 15-30 minutes. The patients can leave the surgeon’s office in another 15 minutes after receiving post care instructions. They are free to do their usual, every day activities.
Choice of fillers

Results
The effects of the procedure are evident immediately. Photos taken 30 minutes after the non-surgical rhinoplasty with fillers reveal an aesthetic nose. The results however are not permanent as in the case of nasal corrective surgery. The results last from nine months to two years unless you have a nose job done with Silikon 1000.One advantage of non-surgical rhinoplasty with fillers is that if you don’t like the new look of your nose, you can have your old nose back after 9 months – two years.
