Academic and Training Background

Dr. Seify focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery in Orange County and Newport Beach. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He spent almost 13 years in post-graduate training, and received training abroad in general and cosmetic surgery prior to pursuing his Doctor of Science degree at the Emory University.

At Emory University, Dr. Seify had the opportunity to receive advanced training in endoscopic plastic surgery with eminent cosmetic surgeon, Dr. John Bostwick. His research in this area was presented at national conferences and published in peer reviewed journals. He continued his training in general and plastic surgery at the Emory University, and also served as Administrative Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Seify also received specialized training in oculoplastic surgery at the Paces Plastic Surgery in Atlanta.
