Dr. Seify invested almost 13 years in post-graduate training, and completed training in general and plastic surgery. Thereafter, he went on to finish his Doctor of Science Degree thesis at Emory University. He received advanced training in endoscopic plastic surgery at Emory, and conducted research in new techniques. His research was published in peer reviewed journals and he presented it at national meetings.

He acquired additional training in general and plastic surgery at Emory University, and was also the Chief Resident in plastic surgery. While training at the Emory Clinic, he honed his skills in a variety of cosmetic surgery procedures.
